If your pet is unwell or has a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately on 01202 431 417 and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis.
If you cannot reach us during our open hours, please head down to our Bournemouth practice and continue to attempt contact; while we usually answer promptly, high volumes may delay our response, but we are committed to returning your call as soon as possible.
Please follow our guidance for emergency arrangements during evenings (After 6:30pm) and weekends by calling our practice and following our answerphone instructions.
