Repeat prescriptions

Please use the form below to request repeat prescriptions for your animal. Please allow at least 48 hours' notice before collecting your pet's prescription.  

If you require medications for more than one pet, please submit a separate request for each animal.

Please note we may request to examine your pet to look for any changes in the condition and for any side effects or new problems. We may ask you to bring your pet in so that we have an up-to-date weight. The law requires that this check is done when prescribing prescription only medicines. 

Your pet must be registered with us before you can request a repeat prescription. If you would like to be part of our clientele, please call us or sign up online. We will need your previous vet's history to be sent over and only after receiving this, we will book you in for an appointment with the Veterinary Surgeon.  

Written prescriptions are available on request with 48 hours prior notice.

*Please note your pet must be under our care and had a physical examination within the last 3-12 months (dependent on medication and health status of the pet).
